The challenge
Norse Theme Parks approached us to create a brand identity for Scandinavia’s first Norse Mythology-inspired theme park. With such an ambitious vision, the challenge lay in capturing the essence of a world full of gods, legends, and ancient lore.
The design process began with selecting three powerful symbols: the Tree of Life (Yggdrasil), which also became the park’s name, a helmet symbolizing the gods, and a shield representing Viking warriors. These elements formed the foundation for the Yggdrasil logo, carefully crafted to embody the rich mythology and grandeur of the Norse world.

The story that fuels Yggdrasil Theme Park's lore taps into an essential Viking game called - Tafl. We create our own branded version of the game.
Concept of the game pieces that are inspored by the original ancient game which had pieces carved in bones and used a cloth board.
